The four-week program cycle
One change each week. Your own signal by the end.
Start with a free two-week trial. The ongoing program combines wearable data, small-group momentum and careful analysis in four-week cycles—without turning your life into a dashboard.
No wearable? Start with ours.
We supply a Fitbit Inspire at no cost for your first two trial weeks. We explain the device hand-back or continuation arrangements before sending it.
First, connect
Bring your Oura or Fitbit. Or begin with a Fitbit from us.
We ask about your current wearable during application so we can place you in the right trial setup. Only Oura and Fitbit are supported at launch.
Your starting point
What do you wear overnight?
Apple Watch and other devices are not supported at launch.
Your four-week cycle
A short program with a clear finish line.
The free trial lasts two weeks and does not automatically convert to a paid membership. The ongoing program continues in four-week cycles.
- Before
Choose your wearable
Connect a compatible Oura or Fitbit. If you do not have one, we supply a Fitbit Inspire at no cost for the first two weeks.
- Week 01
Establish your starting point
We learn your normal sleep, recovery and activity patterns and ask what you most want to understand.
- Week 02
Try one practical change
Your small group takes on the same clearly defined challenge. Summarized stats are visible to group members only when you enable sharing.
- Week 03
Repeat and compare
A second experiment helps separate a useful personal pattern from an unusually good or difficult week.
- Week 04
Review what moved
You receive a plain-language review of the strongest signals, uncertainties and worthwhile next questions.
What you actually see
Challenge. Signal. Shared momentum.
Your experience is built around compact, understandable screens—not a wall of charts. You choose whether members of your group can see your summarized wearable statistics.
This week's experiment
Dinner, a little earlier.
Finish your last meal at least three hours before bed on five nights.
Your weekly review
A modest recovery signal.
Association, not proof. One more week would make the pattern more useful.
Summarized wearable stats appear only after group sharing is enabled.
At the end
“What seemed to help me—and what should I test next?”
Your wearable history remains intact. If you continue, your paid-program baseline begins fresh so trial learning and membership progress stay clearly separated.
